Join us for our 2026-2027 season as we ask, "What makes a piece of music remain modern long after its own time has passed?" This six-concert season explores the idea that modernity is not simply a style or historical period, but a way of thinking. Across the season, Axiom will present Beethoven’s late string quartets and Grosse Fuge alongside composers who challenged inherited forms, expanded musical language, and imagined new possibilities for the string quartet.
